The inspection trip is a useful tool in terms of being able to be able to examine both locations and specific properties in a concentrated fashion guided by an experienced professional. Our commission rates vary across developers but we always accord with the developers’ normal rate for the property. There is never an additional charge in order to stack up commissions.
