A visit to Burn O'Bennie in Aberdeenshire — one of Scotland's most exciting emerging craft distilleries. Founded in 2020 and collaborating with former Macallan Master Distiller David Robertson, Burn O'Bennie is doing things differently: long fermentation, speciality malts, and a relentless focus on flavour.
